    • Visit www.speedtest.net (Ookla) on a computer (No mobile/tablets).
    • Your screenshot MUST show: Download Speed, Upload Speed, and IP Address.
    • Your local ISP (Converge, PLDT, Globe, etc.) must be visible above the IP address.
    ⚠️ Critical Requirements:
    • Different IP Addresses: Your main and backup connections cannot have the same IP. Identical IPs mean you are using the same connection.
    • No VPNs/Proxies: Switch off VPNs or cloud servers (Amazon, Google, etc.). Foreign-based networks are not allowed.
